Order Cancellations
All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent to proper vendors for processing as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:

Purpose:

The purpose of this document is to describe the conditions and fees applicable to order cancellations.

The intent of this policy is to recover all reasonable costs associated with customers cancelling orders. This policy is not intended to contradict any local or national laws or regulations that might stipulate customers' rights to cancel orders. If local or national laws prescribe conditions under which customers may cancel orders, those local or national laws shall prevail.

Definitions:

MTO (Make-To-Order) products: MTO products are only made when a customer order requires the product.

Policy:

Orders, once processed by vendors on Twokart.com, may not be canceled without express written authorization from vendor or Twokart.com. If and when authorized, the following cancellation fees may apply:

Customers have the right to return any purchased items for any defects within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the moment of receiving those items from the Seller or the Seller's representatives. The items can be returned if their consumer properties, factory labels, and ready-for-sale condition are preserved. Items that are used, washed, or opened from original packaging may not be returned.

To return the items, Customers must send the copy of proof of purchase and fill in the return request form.

Rules on returning and exchanging Items with discovered defects: The only exception are defects caused by improper handling of the Items by the Customer.

This Order Cancellation policy applies when the customer cancels all or part of an order after order acceptance and acknowledgement from twokart.com but before shipment of goods or execution of services.

Orders Cancelled After Shipment will be treated as a “Return” with all applicable fees. Refer to the Product Return Policies & Procedures.

Orders which are Refused at Delivery may be assessed an order cancellation fee, a re-stocking fee and/or other applicable fees.

If you cancel your order AFTER processing BUT BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 15% cancellation fee before credit is issued. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.

Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees.

The Company shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for Products listed at an incorrect price, rebate or refund, or containing any other incorrect information or typographical errors. The Company shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and User's credit/ debit/ cash card charged. If User's credit/ debit/ cash card has already been charged for the purchase and User's order is cancelled, the Company shall at once issue a credit to User's credit/ debit/ cash card account for the amount of the charge.

"Cancel Order" can be placed any time after booking of order but before status of order changes into "processing" on the Website.


Please be informed - Once an order is submitted for processing, we are unable to cancel or make changes.

Returns

Follow the instructions below for returns, after receiving your item(s). Shipping fees and/or restocking fees may apply.

We will only accept returns for a product that is either defective or damaged. The item will be replaced, or we will issue you a refund based upon our discretion. Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of your receipt of your purchase.

To obtain a Return Reference Number, you must raise RMA request on Twokart.com from your account. Our team will need to collect some information about your purchase. Please have your packaging slip and the product packaging available when you call.

The Return Reference Number is only valid for 10 days or until the end of the 30-day return period, whichever is shorter. Be sure to return your product promptly. No returns will be accepted without a Return Reference Number.
